About this log

This log is run by LactiGo, Inc., the company behind Fortigo Canine Cream Spray. It's how we learn what owners notice when they use the spray at home, and how we hear about any problem with a bottle. What you give us. We keep your name, email address and state of residence and participation, the details you give about your dog, what you log each day, and any photos you add. Before a photo is stored, hidden details such as its location are removed. Please keep people out of your photos. We use your state to check eligibility for this California-only pilot. Who sees it. The people who run this log and the companies that host this site and send its emails for us can see information needed for their work. Reports about a person's skin reaction have restricted access. We don't sell your information or use your name, photos, or words in advertising without your permission. How long we keep it. We keep the log and photos with our product records. They aren't deleted on a schedule. Stopping. You can stop at any time. Choose Stop the trial or email FortiGoCanineTester@LactiGo.com. What you've already logged stays in our product records. Removing your details. Email FortiGoCanineTester@LactiGo.com to ask us to remove your name, email address, or a photo. Removal requires explicit action by an administrator after review. A one-year review countdown is an internal reminder, not automatic deletion or a promise to delay a request. Applicable rights and legal deadlines take priority. Protected backups may be retained; restored information is checked against completed removal requests. Getting help. This log isn't watched around the clock. If your dog needs care, call your veterinarian rather than waiting for a reply. If your dog swallows product from the bottle or a spill, call your veterinarian. This log is for adults 18 and older.
